For the Parsons 2010 Show, the School of Art and Design History and Theory has created two reading areas for the Five-School show.
These reading areas comprise samples of written work that range from senior faculty to freshmen undergraduates, including cross-school collaborations. Monographs, exhibition catalogues, anthologies, peer-reviewed journals, MA theses, award-winning undergraduate papers and undergraduate books projects are all included.
The Parsons 2010 Show (otherwise known as the Five-School Show) is an exhibition featuring work that represents each of Parsons’ five schools: the School of Art, Media and Technology; the School of Constructed Environments; the School of Art History and Design Theory; the School of Fashion; and the School of Design Strategies.
