Question: What does an Upper East Side townhouse have in common with a Parisian hôtel particulier and a 12th-century castle?
Answer: Juan Pablo Molyneux’s new book At Home, published by Assouline.
Visit the Museum of the City of New York on Wednesday, September 28 at 6:30 p.m. Join a conversation about the book and look behind the scenes with the internationally-acclaimed designer. Molyneux interprets traditional artisan craftsmanship through a contemporary lens, collaborating with master artisans to create lacquerwork, decorative painting, woodwork, and embroidered drapery and upholstery that evokes a rich historical atmosphere. Elizabeth Graziolo, AIA, Partner at Peter Pennoyer Architects, will join Molyneux following his presentation for a conversation.
