We have been informed of an exciting upcoming event co-presented by The College Group at the Met and Selected Shorts. The event, Gilded Ink, features student stories inspired by the Met’s Asian Art collection and The Emperor’s Private Paradise: Treasures from the Forbidden City, a special exhibition showing from February 1st through May 1st, 2011.
In addition to the presentation of student stories, members of the College Group will be giving tours of The Emperor’s Private Paradise from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
The event is hosted by writer David Rakoff, and is free with Museum admission.
